Saying she is the hardest working realtor is putting it mildly. She didn’t sugar coat anything! Her advise on everything we needed to do was what ultimately sold our house in one weekend of showings. We had others come in and just told us what we wanted to hear. Val came in was honest with us! She knew exactly what price point and knew almost to the dime what we would sell our house for. I'm not normally one to write reviews on Google but there are rare exceptions. This is one of those rare exceptions. Val Gallagher has been nothing but patient with both my brother and I during a very troubling time. We were able to get everything resolved and accomplished within the time frame we were allotted. She was nothing but helpful and straightforward with the entire process and if I asked her a question that she either didn't know she either said "I don't know", "I don't have it" or I" am not allowed to tell you because of X or Y reason". There was never a time during the whole process that she was sloppy or unprofessional and I was able to tell that she enjoys what she does for a living, not just as a means to put food on the table, but because she enjoys helping people. If and/or when I am ready to purchase another property she will be the first one I search out of I am still in this state.
