Victoria Nakamura

Victoria Nakamura has over 30 years’ experience in the real estate industry as an Owner’s Representative expertly advocating for her client’s needs. Having managed designers and contractors to successfully complete luxury residential high-rise, hospitality, retail, banking and commercial office projects she brings a unique perspective with her extensive understanding of construction and building systems along with a keen eye for design.

Victoria values building strong relationships, open and honest communication, and assisting clients with their transition to new chapters of their lives. Victoria has a M.A. in Mediation and Conflict Resolution and enjoys negotiating on her clients’ behalf.

Victoria is delighted to call Orange County home since 2017 after relocating from Honolulu. Originally from Chicago, Victoria also lived in Georgia and the Big Island of Hawaii.
