Inventory in Dana Point has tightened in this rolling three-month view, with active listings down about one-fifth from a year ago even as they ticked up slightly from the prior period. New listings also declined year over year, while homes sold rose modestly and pending sales increased, showing that demand is still absorbing what comes to market.
