About
I am a Cuban-American raised in Miami with a diverse background. I have well over 17 years of experience in government operations, making me your ideal realtor. I hold multiple licenses in insurance, finance, and real estate, to name a few. I tend to be the "I got a guy for that" kind of person. I am a strong believer in stimulating our local economy and maintain connections with multiple helpful plumbers, electricians, and more.

Whether you're looking for your first home or a rehab project, I am your girl. I specialize in first-time buyers but have worked on many transactions, each unique in its own way. In my four years or so in real estate, there is no project I have shied away from. If you're serious about a first home purchase, your first flip, or anything in between, I can help.

I have interests in probate properties (which I have experience with) and commercial properties as well. How can we best work together? Every transaction, in my experience, has been another mountain I have climbed and obstacle I have successfully overcome. The sky is the limit on what we can achieve together. Next...

I couldn't have accomplished the purchase of my first home without her. She was absolutely the best, as she is knowledgeable, responsive, and communicated the transaction from start to finish. Every question was answered, and all our fears of the unknown were resolved. Can't think of anyone else that can offer services like she has, we are now the best of friends and my realtor for life!

It was a pleasure working with you. You were able to listen to our needs, and addressed our concerns accordingly. I would love the opportunity to work with you again in the future. Thank you for all you have done.

I was looking to purchase a mobile home and I did not have a realtor. When I went to look at a particular mobile home, Yuxsimi was there to show me the property. I liked her so much that I decided to make her my realtor. She was kind, understanding, and I could tell that she was a go-getter. I’d totally recommend Yuxsimi, if you were looking for an individual who will go above and beyond to find you a home.
