“Mitzy has been such an eye opener and stress reliever. She took care of everything so quickly and diligently, she made us both feel so included and well informed. She is kind, knowledgeable, accommodating, patient and so much more! We had a rough experience and had to drop a real estate agent and called Century 21 and thank goodness we got Mitzy. She found us a house within 3 days of signing the documents to hire her. She explained what we could do to save us money but also got us the house. She made sure we were well informed on possibilities from her knowledge of the market. I cannot recommend her enough!!”

“Working with Joy Groce was an absolute blessing from start to finish. Once my mortgage banker let her know I was in the market, Joy reached out immediately and guided me with remarkable attentiveness and care. On only our second time viewing homes, she helped me find my dream house, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation. Joy took the time to truly understand what I wanted, adjusting her searches and recommendations with precision and thoughtfulness. She was incredibly responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I felt confident and informed at every step. Her honesty and dedication built a trust that made the whole process feel not just manageable, but exciting. When the inevitable stresses of closing began to build, Joy was the steady hand that kept everything on track.. She consistently went above and beyond, demonstrating a level of commitment and professionalism that is rare to find. By the end, she was more than a realtor -- she was a friend.”

“Lisa's expertise made the entire house selling transaction seamless every step of the way. I was comfortable with Lisa's suggestions from pricing discussions to her amazing staging true to the house, and throughout a brief negotiating period. A difficult decision to put a parent's house on the market was made much less difficult thanks to Lisa's expertise and kindness. Lisa also kept me updated along the way, and she was always responsive to questions and for decisions. Happily, the house was not on the market long and all transactions went smoothly.
