As a first time seller, Denise was very helpful in answering my questions and providing excellent advise. She recommended Black Horse Staging to stage my house who did a fantastic job making the house very inviting. Denise put together amazing flyers and advertised on all available social media outlets. Due to the current market, I was pleased that my house sold sooner than expected. Many homes in the area were on the market for an average of 3 months or longer. We were pointed towards Denise Lucchesi by our rental management agent at Century 21. From the get-go go Denise was very pleasant to talk to, had never spoken to her before, but she quickly put us at ease. She sounded confident and indeed delivered confidently on our sale.
Denise is well-versed in the local market; she can point out all the pros and cons that you need to be aware of. Straight talking with no frills, what she tells you is what is happening in your marketplace.
We questioned some of the expenses on preping the property and staging the house for sale. She did a great job, assured us that the money we spent would be worth the outcome, which we offset as costs of the sale.
The final prepared house and the landscaping looked great. I was tempted to buy the house again; it was staged very well and looked great in her marketing docs. We had 5 immediate offers; three dropped out, and two remained. We got the top dollar, sold in 2 weeks. Denise, Well worth the money.

Denise stepped up to the challenge after reaching out to her under distressing circumstances. You see, my sister had a medical emergency that culminated into a lifelong debilitation which left me in a crunch to immediately travel across the Country to relocated her to a care home and prepare her Condo for sale.
