“Tera was quite helpful. She showed me remote properties, obtained numerous estimates to repair flaws in the selected property, and assisted in resolving some issues after close of escrow. She remained positive throughout the process.”
“I was referred to MIKE four years ago from one of my previous tenants. Mike has the knowledge that is required when you have multiple properties. He is not only knowledgeable on current market conditions, but also teaches all the legalities of being a landlord. Whether you're buying or selling or renting, there is no one I would rather use in the Phoenix area.”
“Bryant is awesome!!! He was patient and helpful in every possible way. He connected us to all the people we needed. We Bought a House!!!”
“Very professional. Everything went so smoothly. The house was sold the second day on the market. All negotiations were explained thoroughly. Could not have been a better experience especially considering we were selling in AZ but live in Alaska! Communication was outstanding. Never had to wonder what was going on. Very happy and would highly recommend Victoria Duke with James Michener Realty. Outstanding service!”
“I hope all of Agent Pronto's realtors are half as good as Ken Boltz. He was my partner in finding and purchasing my home and a wonderful advocate on my behalf. In almost no time at all, he demonstrated how well he understood my needs and preferences in my next home, he referred me to an excellent loan originator and stayed on top of every aspect of the purchase through to completion. Buying a home is a stressful experience for almost everyone, but with Ken handling the purchase, I had minimal stress, if any. Easily the best home buying experience of my life.”
“Adam Prather and his team were great, thank you!”
“Provided excellent advice, very helpful and pleasant, kept in contact with us and was always available to answer questions.”
“Julie was absolutely wonderful. She was always pleasant, very knowledgeable and I actually enjoyed working with her because she was so thoughtful and kept me informed during the entire process. This is the 4th home I have sold in my life, all four in Arizona, and Julie was the best agent I have ever worked with. She was always available, always ready to do whatever I asked of her, and she kept me very well informed as to what was going on. She was definitely my advocate and was very honest as to what was happening, and what she was doing about it and I appreciated that through the whole process. I also feel she worked hard to get me the best results possible as far as the income from selling my home. I would recommend her to everyone selling their home if they want some who is honest, always available, and a strong advocate for the best price for the sale of their home.”
“Stephanie and Stacey were amazing, they both helped us out to find our new home. They both worked on our time schedule, very friendly and understanding. Gave us great feedback on every house we looked at. I highly recommend bothe Stephanie and Stacey to find a great home.”
“Kellie is an incredible agent! She went above and beyond what I could have ever expected, and helped us find and purchase a beautiful home in Prescott Valley. She is incredibly knowledgeable, detailed, and was just a joy to work with. If you need a realtor in the Prescott/Prescott Valley area, Kellie is the one you should choose!”
“Josiah was on top of every situation that came up and made sure I knew and understood every aspect. He was extremely helpful negotiating the price, help with the inspections especially, and overall Knowledge of every intricate part of the process.... From Beginning to the End. Josiah is an All Around Great Guy and is easy to communicate with. He took all of my questions and concerns and helped me with every one of them. I am a first time buyer and had no clue what I was doing. Josiah was very knowledgeable. He was very respectful of my questions and concerns. Josiah made the process very easy and manageable. I have and will continue to recommend Engel & Volkers Gilbert to anyone and everyone who is interested in purchasing a home. Especially will recommend Josiah Krol to Represent them as their Real Estate Agent. Thank you so much for everything. I am so excited to be in my little property/home. It is bright and shiny and there is much peace out here in the country.”
“Peter Fife is fantastic. He went above and beyond getting my house sold in this unpredictable time!!”
“We were connected to Glenn Loper who was extremely helpful and resourceful. Very helpful in our relocating from out of state.”
“Tim Toth certainly exceeded our expectations—thank you Agent Pronto for your recommendation. Tim is professional, knowledgeable, and ethical. Having bought 5 homes in the past, he has outshined any of my past agents. He was extremely helpful since we were in Florida and never even entered the property. He assisted us with every aspect of the purchase, and went over and beyond several different times with our requests. Tim was available at all times, even with the time change difference. If one could clone him it would make the experience for others going through the home buying process a pleasant experience. Thank you again for your recommendation and providing an easy way to connect with a well-qualified and personable Realtor.”
“Vicki was awesome!”
