Clayton Valley had 17 new listings and 15 listings that went under contract in June, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 9—down 18.18% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in July.
The median listing price for homes in Clayton Valley grew 0.02% from May to June, bringing the current median listing price to $599,000. Based on projected data for July, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract has been fairly steady year-over-year.
