For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $1,940,000 in Mountain View for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $1,895,000 in May.

Old Mountain View had 16 new listings and 10 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 5—up 25.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.

The median listing price for homes in Old Mountain View grew 9.0% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $1,944,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to grow.
