His intimate knowledge of local communities, a degree in City & Regional Planning from California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo, 10+ years of running a Sustainability Consulting Company, and work for his Dad's construction company as a Carpenter and Project Manager has given Jude the diverse experience needed to identify the right fit for your home needs. These combined passions have led Jude to become Certified as a Green Realtor. This certification has given Jude an understanding of how homes with green, eco-friendly, and sustainable features should be marketed differently than traditional homes and what green features you should be looking for in your next home.
