Inventory in Presidio Heights has tightened notably in this rolling three-month view, with just 18 active listings and months of supply plunging year over year to about a tenth of a typical month, far leaner than San Francisco’s 1.8 months. At the same time, closed sales and new listings are both up sharply from a year ago, and pending sales have more than doubled, signaling very strong contract activity despite limited stock.
