“Lindsay Clark was excellent. She really listened to the needs of my family and responded with the right choices for us to look at. As we are not from the DC area, she also helped walk us through the closing process and was available to help when we were out of town. We will continue to use her for advice and recommendations.”

“My agent called me immediately. He was extremely communicative and responded back very quickly every time I contacted him. When I found my dream home, I told him I wanted it and he made arrangements for me to see it as soon as possible. He also stopped me from nearly offering $40k too much! He helped me with every step - as a first time home buyer I really needed that personal touch. He also recommended a wonderful home inspector and real estate attorney. I got the house and we are in the process of moving.”

I forgot my key and they met me at my coop to let me in! I couldn't say enough wonderful, positive thoughts on Tim and Jeanette.”

“Ms. Dysinger has spent a great deal of time during the last 6 months on the phone and or texting me to keep me informed as to the sale of my property in Scotland County, NC. She has maintained a professional attitude that I find lacking today in America. I would have no hesitation in contacting her should I have need of buying or selling property in North Carolina!”

“Michael Proctor was nothing short of amazing. In less than a week he assisted us in finding the perfect home and introduced us to our lender who provided us with the necessary pre-qualification approval documents he needed. Even though we were relocating, Michael stayed on top of everything. We closed on our new home in just one month from the start. Michael comes with the highest of referrals from us.”
