Lauderdale Lakes had 56 new listings and 40 listings that went under contract in June, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 448—down 2.61% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in July.
Of those 448 active listings, 16.74% reduced their price in the month of June. The median listing price for homes in Lauderdale Lakes fell 11.01% from May to June, bringing the current median listing price to $149,500. Based on projected data for July, listing prices may continue to fall.
