John and Theresa were very professional and helpful. They always communicated often. They were especially good for us because we were relocating from out of state.

Wanted to sell our home in a not so hot market in summer 2011. Had neighbors who had used John & Theresa to sell their home and they were more than pleased... well so were we. They were (are) top notch in marketing, communicating and above all really caring about their clients. We had a lot of traffic on our home in a lousy market because together we priced the home at a price that we knew the market would bear (and yes it was less than we really would have wanted but u have to be realistic!!). house sold in less than 2 months and closed without a hitch. I am not kidding when i say i am not a huge fan of most realtors (we have bought and sold many houses) as they dont walk the talk, but John and Theresa do, and they will go the distance with any one they work with!!!

John and Theresa were amazing realtors. This is our second time working with them. They made our experience easy and enjoyable. They know everything and filled in all the pieces for us. We ended the experience with more knowledge than we expected. We stayed in contact the whole experience and they found the perfect place for us that had all the things we asked for and was in our price range. We were up against another buyer both times we were trying to buy a place and we won the place both times. They are honest and the best people to work with. I highly recommend using john and theresa. Its nice having a male to work with the guy and having a females opinion and expertise too. Five stars!!!!

In May of 2013, I contacted John & Theresa as I was moving to the area. Back then I was naive about the home buying process and Theresa gave me some great advice. Fast forward to a few months ago when my husband and I were looking for a home as first-time home buyers. Thankfully Theresa remembered me, and helped us in our search. John & Theresa are a stellar team, we really meshed well with them and it helped us in the house hunting process. We saw 10 houses that weekend and after house #4, we had found "the one". John & Theresa were there to help us through the home buying process, from helping us with the offer and counteroffers, the inspection, as well as keeping us up to date on our closing. They "held our hands" through the process as buying a home for the first time can be a scary and overwhelming experience. They also helped to recommend an awesome team of a mortgage lender and a real estate attorney to make the process easy and painless.

As a first time home-buyer, John and Theresa made the process simple and enjoyable for me. They treated me as if I were their own daughter and found me the perfect home. I would've been lost without them. The Rice's know the area very well, respect your budget and are quick to respond and answer any questions you may have. They even worked over their vacation to keep the process moving for me! I highly recommend the Rice's!

John and Theresa were incredible throughout our entire home buying experience. They are so warm, helpful, and have so much experience. As first time home buyers we could use all the help we could get, and the Rice Team provided us all we asked of them and then some.
