In 2012, after graduating from the University of Hawaii at Hilo with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting, Charlotte began working for a lucrative real estate firm in Hilo as an accountant. By 2015 she earned her license as a Hawaii real estate agent and combined her knowledge of business with her love of real estate. From 2015 to 2022 Charlotte specialized in real estate investments, working with individual buyers and sellers as well as corporations, investment trusts and government agencies. Since 2022 Charlotte has been focused primarily on working with home buyers and sellers.
