Over the latest rolling three-month period ending in September 2026, Irish Channel home values have climbed sharply compared with a year ago. The typical home value is up about 37 percent year over year, while median list prices have risen nearly 40 percent. Even with these increases, homes in Irish Channel remain far more expensive than the broader New Orleans area, where the median sale price is roughly half as high and rising much more slowly.
