Year over year, typical home values in Baltimore County are up modestly, rising about 2 percent to around $369,000. Active listings have also increased compared with last year, while months of supply is up to about 2 months, signaling more options than before. At the same time, sales volume has slipped slightly from a year ago, and the share of homes selling above list is a bit lower than last spring.
