Can't recommend Smita enough - she is extremely knowledgeable, is well aware of the ins and outs of the local market, and will always guide you towards the best decision based on your requirements.

Smita played a huge role in helping me and my wife find our dream home. Being first-time homeowners, we didn't know where to start, but Smita did great due diligence researching individual properties and analyzing local market trends.

Before we went to see a property, we had all the links and documents we needed to learn about the property which was immensely helpful in making an informed decision.

Smita was brilliant and the best we could have hoped for - she was a dream to work with. I am very happy with her patience with me as a first time home buyer and she continues to support me post purchase.

Smita came very strongly recommended from a trusted source, and we will recommend her to all our friends. Her knowledge of the Shrewsbury market is commendable - in fact all her predictions came true.

She was perfect except only one thing - we personally think she could have helped better with the negotiation of another property (141 Worthington). But having said that, she landed us probably a better property.
