For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $248,450 in Cleveland County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $248,680 in May.

Boiling Springs had 8 new listings and 8 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 15—down 11.76% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.

Of those 15 active listings, 26.67% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Boiling Springs fell 6.75% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $293,750. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to fall.
