Kale did an excellent job as agent for a single family home sale in Denver, NC (which I had previously purchased also with Kale and Rachel as buyer's agents). He handled all of the interactions with the buyer's agent, relayed information promptly (inspection results, negotiations, etc.) and went above and beyond on periodic house visits, winterizing the outside spigots, and even painting a front wall and some floor cleaning!
