Year-over-year, Lake Wylie’s rolling three-month data shows softening prices alongside rising activity. The typical home value is down slightly, with the median sale price off about 5 percent compared with a year ago, while the median list price is also a bit lower. At the same time, buyers have more options, as active listings are up more than 30 percent from last year.
