Homes in Southeast Charlotte are taking a bit longer to sell in the latest rolling three-month view, with the median days on market at 42. Even so, more than half of listings are still going under contract within two weeks, showing that well-priced homes can move quickly.
Prices have been climbing, with the typical home value up about 12% from a year ago and now just over $600,000.
