I was in a very difficult situation with the sale of a family property in North Carolina. Since I lived in New York State I was not able to be around to see this sale through - but no problem - Adam Sellars was there every step of the way and arranged and did more than the average realtor would do. He worked with the family member that had to move out, he worked with both my brother and I who lived in New York and New Jersey...he did what needed to be done. He got us a deal all finished and closed within 2 months of the house going live. He encouraged us about the price and he delivered top dollar. If you are looking for a good realtor - Adam is your guy! He was a pleasure to work with and all around good guy that can get the job done...but most of all he was available and always answered me back right away, and because I was so far away, this made me feel connected and confident, and I can't thank him enough for his support and hard work with this very messy, chaotic situation
