I was in a very difficult situation with the sale of a family property in North Carolina. He worked with the family member that had to move out, he worked with both my brother and I who lived in New York and New Jersey...he did what needed to be done. He got us a deal all finished and closed within 2 months of the house going live. He encouraged us about the price and he delivered top dollar. If you are looking for a good realtor - Adam is your guy! He was a pleasure to work with and all around good guy that can get the job done...but most of all he was available and always answered me back right away, and because I was so far away, this made me feel connected and confident, and I can't thank him enough for his support and hard work with this very messy, chaotic situation
