Matt helped us navigate a contingent offer of selling our old and buying a new home, which is rare these days. The timing of everything was absolutely critical as we have a toddler and another baby on the way. This proved difficult to getting our house ready, open for showings, and eventually closed with a tricky moving overlap. Matt has incredible responsiveness. I'm not sure he ever puts his phone down. He was able to successfully negotiate all of our wants and needs both for the sale of our old home and purchase of our new one. Could not recommend working with Matt enough. We steer anyone looking to work with him that is remotely considering shopping for new property or that asks us.

Matt was extremely helpful, communicative, and supportive in the process of buying our first home. We were out-of-town buyers and he really understood what we were looking for, to the point that he toured the house we’d end up buying for us and showed it to us on video. He (and a colleague, once we were under contract) answered all our questions and helped us think through options. We never felt rushed or pressured to make decisions, and he definitely lowered our stress levels throughout. We were able to get our house for under asking, and just about one week after we started touring properties with Matt. We’d definitely buy or sell with him again.
