Over the latest rolling three-month view through September 2026, Stonehenge has cooled notably compared to a year ago. Typical home values are down almost 15 percent year over year, even as median list prices are up about 15 percent. Homes are also taking longer to sell, with median days on market rising roughly 47 percent from last year.
