“Very helpful and easy to work with”

“When I was finally ready to sell, Kat came to my house and showed me ways to better show my house and discussed painting some bedrooms to a neutral color. She gave me names of services to assist in my sale, such as a house cleaner, a painter, a pressure washer, a junk man, a roofer to repair a gutter and a countertop company. After painting, Kat had a photographer come over to take pictures to post. She communicated with other agents after showings, especially if I had a question about their buyer's comment. She worked with me on two offers we were agreement to turn down. She helped me understood a lot in the process. Kat worked with an agent on a counter offer which sold my house.”

“My experience with a realtor before Alex was so bad that I was very sceptical about working with someone else. I appreciated Alex's transparency, honesty, and feedback about my property and suggestions to get things moving quickly. Throughout the entire process, Alex was available, dependable, and forthcoming, during the entire process and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a realtor. A very satisfied customer.”

“Chanda Green is a remarkable realtor who went above and beyond to help me sell my fathers house in Matthews NC. With me living in Massachusetts, it was very difficult at times, and Chanda did whatever she could to help me so I could be here with my family in MA. I whole heartedly recommend Chanda as she is a class act of what a true professional and intelligent realtor is. Thank you again Chanda for helping me through this whole process. I will be forever grateful for the outstanding service that you provided me.”

“Our agent, Michael Diniz, was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Simply put, he's the best agent we've worked with. Selling our home had its challenges, but his persistence and urgency allowed our home to sell sooner than expected. I've used a few agents in the past, however, Michael is the only agent I'd refer to friends and family.”

“As a first time home buyer, I had no knowledge of the real estate market or the process of home buying. Traci looked out for me every step of the way, ensuring I was getting the best deal and answering any questions. When I found the home I wanted to purchase, Traci was able to get me a few extra incentives from the seller. It's those little things that really matter and I appreciated her attentiveness to seeing that I was happy with my home purchase. ”

“Keldia was patient, listened to my needs and concerns. She would provide feedback when asked for it. She would also provide critical and strategic advice in certain situations that deemed it necessary. She stuck with the plan I had, which was very aggressive for a seller’s market. In the end, I was able to get the place I wanted for significantly less than asking price and with the difference I was able to upgrade all appliances, change the carpet with a premium product, paint the whole interior and replace the hardwoods with bamboo flooring. Overall, it was a great experience and I would deal with her again. Highly recommended!”
