September’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $285,000—down 4.68% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $459,900 in Wilmington for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $458,030 in October.
Sunset Park-Woodlawn had 14 new listings and 11 listings that went under contract in September, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 15—up 36.36% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in October.
