Chris Roper was excellent to work with. Starting with a meeting over coffee he really took the time to listen to my needs. I purchased on a quick timeline. He spoke to builders regarding spec homes prior to visiting. He sent mailers to a neighborhood I was very interested in. From the time I found "the one" he was on top of every detail. From the contingency clause to deposits to settlement there wasn't a detail he overlooked. His assistance was integral to my successful purchase.
