Bea is an extremely patient , thorough , and thoughtful agent who has become a friend to us. We purchased sight unseen and I am a first time homeowner. Going into this I felt completely lost and untrusting. However , Bea is so honest and in tune with what I was looking for that I felt comfortable. She pointed out the negatives and incompatibilities on homes that in hindsight I was too eager to purchase. She actually found a home for us that was UNDER our budget!(!) -in these times.
