Heather went above and beyond to help me sell my house. She pretty much did everything. I could tell you about how she made the house look great in the photos or when I needed a handyman to make some repairs on the house she was able to meet them at the house and let them when I was unable to. I could also tell you how she priced the house perfectly so I got the maximum offer possible. But I think the one example that really highlights how great Heather was during this process is when we decided to list my house on Black Friday. She had to work during the Thanksgiving break while she was traveling with her family and she never missed one phone call. Not one! As I said above, she truly went above and beyond.

We moved to Wilmington, NC after visiting the city once when my wife interviewed for her job in January 2020. With the seller's "best and final offer" deadline a mere handful of hours after our second showing, Heather helped us quickly navigate what we wanted to offer to give us the best chance of having our offer accepted.
