“I needed to sell my house. I was in a rush since I no longer lived in the house and would have to do the sale from out of town. Agent Pronto put me in touch with Ed Hayward. Ed was great! I have no complaints. He was professional, upfront with information, and followed through all the way to settlement. Our sale was not an easy one, but Ed made it happen and always had our best interest at the forefront of all decisions. Two characteristics which stick about Ed are his honesty and his strong communication skills. I highly recommend Agent Pronto and Ed Hayward. ”![]()

“Robert, the realtor assignee was fantastic.”![]()
“Tim and Chirley were amazing...We hadn't been pleased with the agent we had 5 years ago when we downsized from the family home. So where would I go to find someone I could count on? I turned to the internet and found you and you found Tim and Chirley Mulford. They were the best thing that happened to me! I was very open about my circumstances and they took the lead. I put the whole situation in their hands. They guided me through every step. That included signing appropriate documents online, finding another option when my estate sale was thwarted by the current Coronavirus event, and calling to make sure I was okay. They were professional but also had great empathy for what I was going through. If anyone asks for a name of an agent I will be their cheerleader!”![]()
