Time on market tells a similar story, with the median listing now taking about 105 days to sell, far longer than a year ago and slower than the broader Tennessee market, which has leaner supply and higher typical prices. While local values remain below the state median, elevated inventory gives buyers in Hardin County more room to compare options and refine offers.
