Year over year, Trousdale County’s typical home value has inched up a bit, rising about 4 percent to roughly $396,000 in July 2026. Compared with the rest of Tennessee, where prices also grew but slightly more modestly, local values are holding firm while the broader state sees a similar upward trend.

Sales activity shows mixed signals, with homes sold up about 35 percent year over year even as pending sales have fallen more than 20 percent. New listings have surged by more than 180 percent over the past year, giving buyers more options while sellers face more competition and a smaller share of properties closing above list price.
