My husband and I worked with Steve in January 2025 to find a home in the Nashville area. We had talked to several other realtors at the time, but Steve was the perfect fit for us. He's smart, dedicated, patient, and very personable. He's the guy that makes a great friend, but also the guy you want in your corner for negotiations. He truly has his clients best interests in mind. He doesn't want to just sell you a house. He will find you your home and fight to get the deal you want for it. He was patient with all our questions (mostly mine if I'm being honest, haha) and we trust him completely. We cannot say enough good things or recommend him highly enough for anyone looking for a wonderful home buying experience.

Steve and his team were absolutely perfect in every way possible. This was my first time buying a home so I had no idea what I was doing. Steve helped me through the entire thing start to finish, and really made the whole process so easy! He even sent me the house we ended up buying, even though I spent countless hours searching the internet myself. 10/10 would recommend, as I am NEVER using a different realtor if at all possible.
