I can't say enough good things about Matt. He went above and beyond to help me and my wife buy our first home. We went into the process with limited knowledge....Matt understood this and walked us through everything. He moved around his schedule multiple times to meet us for last minute walkthroughs, always answered the phone, and got us everything we wanted in the negotiations. We were in a unique situation....we lived in California and were moving to Tennessee. We needed to purchase a home in Tennessee and were unable to go out there to look at homes in person. We got lucky and found Matthew Meridieth. He communicated with us any time we needed to and would go to houses we liked and do walk-thru videos for us. He was knowledgeable about the area and gave great advice. He is a very trustworthy person and we were able to purchase a home, site unseen. The house turned out to be amazing. Matthew was great . He was so accommodating and so easy to work with . He was always available buy phone or text. Anytime we wanted to see a house he made it happen for us and even when we wanted to go back several times !! I recommend using Matthew and our dog loved him also :)

I came to TN from NY in my Van with My Two dogs and 4 days worth of Clothing. I came here to find my Dream home in the Country. I had never even seen TN before. I knew nobody, Nothing about the State and Had No Idea where to even begin. Just by Fate, I found Matt online while searching through the endless lists of Faces and Names. For some reason I picked up the Phone and The first Call I made was to Matt. I had a Temporary Rental set up for 30 days and No where to go thereafter. I asked Matt if He was able to make my Dream Happen given the Unthinkably Short Time Frame and Budget restraints I had.. He saw it as a Challenge and we began Hunting Immediately! Well, We met that Goal and I now have a TN Address on Nearly 11 Acres! Months later, I sometimes wake up in the Morning and Still Can’t believe we Did it!! But We did!.. Actually, I should say HE DID!.. Not Only did I find a Home, but I found a Friend as well in Matt! That to me was more important than any goal or House in the end!.. THANKS MATT!.. WE DID IT!! I Will be Forever Grateful that Our Paths crossed as they did.. and My two Little Pups are Pretty Happy too!.. When I one day decide to upgrade and move on... I do not even think I would want to try without Matt in charge!..
