The median list price is up more than 50 percent compared with a year ago, rising from around the mid-$100,000s to just under $200,000. In the latest rolling period through July 2026, the median list price sits around $196,000, down slightly from June but still far above last year’s levels. Rolling data also shows just one active listing, one new listing, and one pending sale, underscoring how thin supply and demand are in this small market.
Looking back further, sale prices have swung widely in recent years, from about $112,000 at the end of 2022 to $187,500 in mid-2023, then down to $35,000 by mid-2024 before rebounding more recently. Days on market have also varied, ranging from just over a month in mid-2024 to nearly a year for some earlier sales, reflecting how different individual transactions can be when so few homes change hands.
