Westpointe’s rolling three-month numbers show a lean pool of homes for sale and steady contract activity. Active listings are down about one-fifth from a year ago, while new listings have fallen nearly 40 percent, leaving buyers with fewer options. Even with this tight supply, homes sold are slightly higher year over year, and pending sales are only modestly lower, indicating buyers are still engaging.
