Westpointe’s rolling three-month numbers point to a tight but active market. There are 15 active listings and only 1.8 months of supply, notably leaner than the 3.3 months seen across Salt Lake City overall. Contract activity has picked up recently, with pending sales doubling month over month even as closed sales over the period are down sharply compared to a year ago.
