Greenwood’s rolling three-month data through September 2026 points to a cooler market than a year ago. Typical home values are down a few percent year over year, and the median list price has also slipped. At the same time, active listings are up more than 20 percent from last year, signaling more options for buyers.

“Our experience in working with Aaron Morrow was exceptional. We first met Aaron at an open house he was hosting, just a couple of doors down from the house we were renting.
