We found Nick on youtube and liked his videos better than all the others. His vids were very informative, well produced, and gave us our first impression of the Myrtle Beach area. After meeting Nick, we decided he was a good fit. He showed us many neighborhoods and homes along with answering question after question. After 2 visits to the area, we bought our home. Nick also helped with guiding us through the process of becoming residents of South Carolina.
