We found Nick on youtube and liked his videos better than all the others. His vids were very informative, well produced, and gave us our first impression of the Myrtle Beach area. After meeting Nick, we decided he was a good fit. He showed us many neighborhoods and homes along with answering question after question. After 2 visits to the area, we bought our home. Nick also helped with guiding us through the process of becoming residents of South Carolina.

We found Nick and his informative Youtube videos through a 1.5 year search of the South Carolina coastline. The videos gave an overview of the multiple areas in Myrtle Beach and helped us to define our own search and the fact that we wanted to live in Myrtle Beach. With this information in hand, we reached out to Nick and found him to be knowledgeable, organized, observant and reachable as we searched for properties from a northern state. He really listened to what we were looking for and what we absolutely did not want during our visit to various homes. I felt I had a great pulse on the "feel" of different houses but he added great advice regarding traffic, commutes, sun position in relationship to the back porch(actually key information we used in our final purchase) and even the fact there was a noisy air conditioner near the lanai in one house. He was key in our ability to navigate the purchase, several states away and kept us informed of any nuance that came up.
