Abe had called several times asking if we were interested in selling. Over a period of 6 mo. to a yr. I kept him in mind, and because he did follow up every few months but was not pushy but polite and suggestive in marketing, etc. I decided to go with him! Very glad I did!

Condo was shown to 3 prospects - 1 wanted ocean front- the other two made an offer- we accepted the highest offer- sold in two days!!!!!

excellent realtor- would definitely use him again or recommend him to friends!

Abe did a very professional job and we really appreciated​ his no-nonsense approach in finding buyers for a condo property that had more than it's share of outdoor cosmetic issues. If he could sell our property then Abe could sell anything. Abe is the realtor to go to if you're selling a cosmetically challenged or distressed property without worrying about losing your shirt.

This was a very difficult sale. I had a renter that was difficult to get out and obstructed some showings. Abe never gave up and gave me valuable advise what to do next.

Abe is very knowledgeable about local market and issues with selling a rental property, while occupied. In about 2 months time between listing and selling, the property was shown more than a dozen times. When the last offer came, Abe told me over the phone that "This is a serious offer and it is going to sell."
