Alex Morel

Alex was born and raised in Sarasota. A true Sarasota native resident. After graduating from Sarasota High School Alex joined a local mechanical engineering firm and was trained as a CADD Draftsman and soon became NICET certified as an engineering technician with a specialty in designing fire sprinkler systems. Unfortunately because of the economic downturn Alex was laid off from the company after 9 years. Within 2 years Alex decided that Real Estate would be his next adventure. After taking the required education requirement Alex passed the Florida state exam and received his real estate license in 2010.

“When I interviewed with my first firm the manager told me the real estate business is not for the faint of heart. She was not joking. But I was up for the challenge and have since had more successes than failures.”

Alex is currently hangs his license with the RE/MAX Alliance Group, is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors & the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee. Alex is also a member of the Community Outreach Committee at the Realtor Association of Sarasota Manatee.
