Above and beyond support. We had an excellent experience with Alex and his team. We were living on the East Coast and only had a few opportunities to look at properties in person. We got connected to Alex via a friend who was a previous client of his. Prior to our first visit to Denver, Alex provided us with a lot of information and also set up a flow of listings that fit what we were looking for. Alex was super communicative and really listened to us as we began narrowing the number of places we were interested in. He conducted many video tours for us when we weren't able to be there in person. When we finally landed on a place, we did the entire closing remotely. Since there was about a month between our closing and when we moved to Denver, Alex was kind enough to even install some basic privacy features (like temporary window shades) so that the house didn't look vacant. It gave us a lot of peace of mind.
