As the process of selling our home came to fruition, Alex was on top of everything, stayed in communication, shared suggestions, and walked us through the entire process. This is our second transaction with Alex Dior(dyuk). First time was for a purchase of a property. This time was the sale of another property. He is AMAZING. Excellent communicator. Always available. Answers any question you have, and if he doesn't know will go get the answer for you. Priced our house so perfectly that we had several offers the first weekend it was on market, and were in contract by the end. He is the kind of agent that I would follow and use no matter which agency he is with. We 100% would recommend him to anyone who needs an agent.

Some adventures in life are influenced by fate. We were running the gauntlet of open houses one day, just to get a feel for the area and met Alex Diordyuk at an open house he was holding. Although that house was nice it wasn't exactly what we were after. He asked us what we thought about his house and we had a wonderful conversation about homes in the area and then HE brought out flyers from other homes he knew about and gave them to us, no strings attached, just a nice comment about how maybe one of those might be interesting to us. He even remembered a house that wasn't open and pulled out the address. He told us that he would be happy to show us that house after he was done at his open house, if we wanted. Remember - HE IS NOT OUR AGENT - (yet) - We drove by that house, liked it from the curb, called him as he closed up his open house and he drove right over and showed us this house. We asked him at that time to be our buyers agent and never looked back. 100% best thing we did.
