Rob and I met Andre in the spring of 2018. Prior to our meeting, Andre worked with us to narrow down several properties in the Tampa, Florida area that we could purchase as a second home. Since we were only slightly familiar with the area, we entrusted Andre to help narrow down our search to about eight properties that fit the requirements that we had described to him.
Once we arrived in Florida to view the properties, Andre met with us for three days and helped us view each one. A lot of miles were traveled, but in the end, he helped us chose a new build villa in Wesley Chapel and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Not only did Andre help us locate this house, he sat with us through all of our negotiations and during the signing of the agreement, and he was generous enough to do our final walk through via cell video with the builder so we wouldn't have to fly to Florida to do it. He did an excellent job helping make a list of things that needed to be fixed prior to closing.
We will definitely use Andre again and we would recommend him to others who need help with any home buying process.
