Having worked in Fortune 500 companies in Human Resources and Labor Relations, I have developed expertise in understanding and dealing with people, identifying problems, and resolving them in a timely manner. I am committed to getting the job done on time and within budget. I am now pursuing a full-time career in real estate, focusing on making REO and Short Sale my niche.

I have full-spectrum experience in managing properties, including advertising, collecting and assessing rental applications, and finding the right tenants based on specific criteria and local laws. I am experienced in explaining leases, overseeing the signing process, and conducting move-in and move-out walk-throughs, as well as collecting rent. I also handle repair and emergency calls, arrange for repairs, and manage contractor invoice payments. On occasion, I liaise with attorneys for the eviction process if necessary.
