we have bought and sold a lot of property during the 50 years we have been married and Brenda Sutherland is the best agent we have ever worked with, She is a real star! we had a difficult experience with a particular bank whose mortgage department was totally inept..Brenda helped us transition to a different bank while at the same time trying to keep a very anxious seller calm, she is a true professional in all respects and we would recommend her without reservation.

Brenda Sutherland was very helpful through the entire process and extremely knowledgeable. We would choose selections off the MLS listing, let her know we were interest and she would do as much research as possible before scheduling a showing. It helped cut down on looking at properties that weren't a good fit for our family. Every house we saw had all the qualities we were looking for. Any questions we had she was happy to answer and was always very easy to get a hold of. We highly recommend her for any first time home buyers that feel overwhelmed by the process!!
