Caleb Dunford

Caleb is a licensed Realtor® at Keller Williams in Johnson City, Tennessee, serving the Tri-Cities area. The Tri-Cities is home to the Mountain Home VA Hospital and has a population of 11% Veterans. Caleb has a drive that cannot be put to rest until his clients are satisfied. Caleb served in the United States Air Force as a 2A5X4A, working on the (now retired) E8-C JSTARS. Throughout Caleb’s Air Force career, he was a Crew Chief, Assistant Dedicated Crew Chief, Repair and Reclamation Craftsman, and MOC Controller. Caleb did one contingency TDY in Germany in 2022 where he would learn the global scale of how interacting with people, no matter a language barrier, has a lifelong impact.
Caleb is supported by his Fiancé, Rachel, who gives him the drive to be a better person and better real estate agent. Caleb Rachel, and their husky Rose have made a home in the Tri-Cities.
