From the beginning, Candus reminded us that she knew she had been trusted with something very important, our biggest asset—our family’s home. In our initial conversation, Candus shared how honored she was to be entrusted with the place my family had worked so hard to build, the place where we had such great memories, and now the place that would also mark the end of one chapter and the beginning of the next. We found Candus through a friend’s referral and we have never felt so valued, educated, and empowered. Immediately, she got to work—turning over a marketing plan, providing sound reasoning for pricing, and getting our home listed. Within 2 days of listing the property and hosting an open house, we had multiple offers. When one of the offers fell through, Candus encouraged us, lifted our spirits and hit the ground running harder. Again, she came back with multiple offers within 2 days of another open house. Our home was eventually sold above asking in a quick and easy close.

Through the entire process, Candus was unbelievably accessible and patient—helping us weigh out options, navigate next steps, and keeping us looped in. Even when we know we might have been difficult, or requesting even seemingly small negotiations, Candus went to bat for us each and every time. Soon, we had so entrusted Candus’ very capable and professional hands that we were completely stress-free, turning over the entire process to her.

She often would visit the property for us, doing regular maintenance and check-ins—while also opening up her large Rolodex of resources to help answer any questions or jump in for inspections/ repairs if needed. We knew we had the best person on our team—polished, professional, patient, GIFTED!!!, hard-working beyond comprehension, straightforward, an expert negotiator, relentless, encouraging, educated, well-researched, organized—everything you would want in a realtor.

I was very impressed with Ms. Rucker work ethics. She was so on it! I received a great price for my property. I got a lot more than what I expected. Also, she always went above and beyond on everything. She kept me updated and posted on each step of the process. Candus, always returned my calls in a timely manner, and was there to answer any concerns or questions. She is truly one of a kind. You will not find a better realtor. She is going to make you feel like your interest is her only priority no matter how large or small the value of your property is.
