Carla was able to break down the sale process in terms that were easily understood. She did the comps in our neighborhood and accepted our input regarding the sale price. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed of how responsive Carla was to our phone calls, emails, and text messages--at no time did we feel we were "in the dark" regarding the sale of our home.

Throughout the process, my wife and I felt Carla truly represented our best interests. There was no doubt in our minds that Carla was our real estate agent and would do her best to sell our home. In every aspect, Carla exceeded our expectations. We are truly grateful for all she has done for us.

Carla provided us outstanding service during the marketing and sale of our home. She had deep knowledge of our community and therefor was able to market the house emphasizing its features and doing so in the context of the surrounding area. Most important was her assistance in pricing our home appropriately; selecting the best time to enter the market and securing the price we believed our home was worth. Overall a great experience.
