After a 15-year career in corporate IT marketing and sales, I decided to embark on a career in real estate. Sixteen years later, I am humbled to say that I was correct. We worked with Carla Unterkofler to buy and sell in the Northern Virginia area. On the sale side, she gave us expert advice on getting the house ready for sale and even hired cleaners and a professional photographer for us. She explained the process step by step and she was very communicative. Selling a home is always stressful but she helped to alleviate much of that stress and everything went smoothly. On the buy side, she helped us figure out what was important to us in a home and brought up considerations we hadn't thought of ourselves. When touring homes, she noticed things that we didn't and we appreciated her advice.
